Neos CMS is a content management system whose unique selling point is the special management of content in the form of so-called nodes. This allows us to adapt the website pages and content elements extremely flexibly to the domain structure and content of our customers.
For editors, the use of the system and the maintenance of content is less abstract than in other systems, since the backend of Neos CMS enables "inline" editing. The content looks like it is displayed in the frontend of the website already during editing.
Neos CMS is based on the PHP framework flow, with which independent web applications can be developed. These applications can be integrated very flexibly into a Neos CMS in the form of plug-ins.
This procedure enables the development of applications in the internal network of an institution that make data available for the public website.
